OUR NEW (OLD) HOME!!!

Here is our new (old) home.

21 years old in fact!

But in perfect condition.

Ready to move in.

But still providing us with some fun updating projects to tackle over time.

Here is the back of the house:

We have lots of trees and shade and not much grass.

There is a tree specialist coming out soon to trim and cut some of the smaller trees down to "open" things up a little more. 

We are also going to put down some flag stone, gravel and other "hardscape" finishes. This will help keep the mud to a minimum and allow us to enjoy the back yard more.

So.... 

I know you are anxious to see pictures of the inside but I haven't taken any with our "stuff" yet....so be patient!!!!
