I am back...
I have every excuse for not blogging for the past few weeks....the day after Christmas I started ...
a cold
accompanied by a cold soar under my nose...
followed by ...
a cough
accompanied by another cold soar in my nose, followed by ...
a tummy bug, and now back to ...
a slight soar throat
accompanied by ANOTHER cold soar!!!
Aaaarrgggh!!!
I am pumping the vitamins, especially C so hopefully I'll crawl out of this rut, however, I did figure out that drinking lots of orange juice was only aggravating the cold sore situation due to its high acid content so I'm popping "horse" pill size Vit. C instead!
During the germ attack, I did manage to get a few things done...
1. All the Christmas decorations were sorted and put away.
2. The unfinished basement area underwent a major clean and tidy.
3. The house now has a simpler winter decor.
4. My oldest son's room was "detailed".
5. I have made trips to the County Recycle center, Goodwill and the local Consignment shop.
6. And I working on some painting projects.
So not all bad really...
